US beef is being questioned
APK-Inform reporters received the information from the Department of Veterinary Medicine at the AIC Ministry where the Ukrainian veterinarians are questioning not only poultry. Beef as well as poultry is treated with hormone-containing substances. This issue is the next on the agenda in Ukraine.
It was also said that in the near term the Department would review the issue of livestock feed in US, which is produced of genetically modified ingredients. Ukraine should make a decision regarding such technology and imports. Ukrainian President authorized all entities involved to submit their proposals regarding the above.
