Registration fee payment includes:

• participation of delegate(-s) in the conference;
• package of informational materials; 
• coffee-breaks, lunch, gala-dinner;
• receipt of electronic package of materials after the end of the conference: conference presentations (in original language) and participants' contacts.

 

Additionally granted discounts:

• 5% - for Fruit-Inform subscribers (if the subscription period includes August 9-10)

 

Advertising options:

Inclusion of company's materials into the conference participants' portfolios: UAH 2,000 / EUR 200.

1.2x1.8-meter banner in the conference hall: UAH 3,000 / EUR 300.

Informational stand near the conference hall: UAH 4,000 / EUR 400.

 

Application period and payment conditions

Applications are accepted till August 3, 2012.

Payment conditions: 100%-prepayment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to participant's application.

 

 

Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:

• Before July 20, 2012, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum;
• between July 20, 2012, and August 1, 2012, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum;
• after August 1, 2012, the paid sum is not a subject to refund.
