Business-tour to a berry company, May 25, 2012*:

- registration fee: UAH 750 / EUR 75

*Participation in the business-tour is available only for participants of the first conference day (May 24, 2012)

Registration fee payment includes:

• participation of delegate(-s) in the conference;

• package of informational materials;

• coffee-break, lunch, gala-dinner;

• conference presentations and participants' contacts after the end of the conference.

 

Granted discounts:

• 5% - for Fruit-Inform subscribers (if the subscription period includes May 24-25);

• 5 % - for each additional delegate of a company;

• 10% - for companies having purchased the study “The Market for Frozen Fruits, Berries & Vegetables of Ukraine and Russia – 2012”.

Advertising services:

Inclusion of advertising materials into the conference participants' portfolios: UAH 2,000 / EUR 200

Placement of 1.2x1.8-meter banner in the conference hall: UAH 3,000 / EUR 300

Distance participation in the conference: UAH 1,300 / EUR 130

Distance participation in the conference includes receipt of the conference participants' business cards and conference presentations in electronic format after the end of the conference.

Application period and payment conditions

Applications are accepted till May 18, 2012, inclusive.

Payment conditions: 100%-prepayment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to participant's application.

Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:

• before April 09, 2012, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum;

• between April 09, 2012, and May 09, 2012 the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum

• after May 09, 2012, the paid sum is not a subject to refund.
