The organizers of the 4th International Conference “Berries of Ukraine – 2013: Frozen Produce & Fresh Market” (Mykolaiv, Ukraine, May 16-17, 2013) inform that all conference participants will be able to take part in the conference business-tour to Polunica.com.ua Project plantations on the second day of the event. The business-tour will cover strawberry cultivation in plastic greenhouses and tunnels, open fields under strawberries with yields of up to 35 tonnes per ha as well as:
- a range of promising strawberry varieties;
- different types of mulch film;
- modern agricultural machinery of foreign origin;
- microclimate systems etc.
Furthermore, in addition to all growing technology elements, the business-tour participants will be able to see the company's approaches to packaging and marketing of berries.
