Registration fee payment includes:
- participation of one conference delegate on November 29-30
- package of informational materials
- conference presentations in electronic format after the end of the conference
- information about company in the electronic catalog of the conference and on www.fruit-inform.com
- coffee-breaks, lunches, gala-dinner
Participation in the trade forum on December 1
For conference participants (November 29-30): 290 EUR*
Participation only in the trade forum on December 1: 650 EUR*
* The fee for participation of one delegate in ten meetings with retail chains and importers
Distance participation in the conference includes:
- business card of the company in the electronic catalog of the company
- receipt of the conference informational materials
- conference presentations in electronic format after the end of the conference
Distance participation in the conference costs 220 EUR.
Granted discounts
- 5% - for each additional participant from the company*
- 10% - for subscribers of Fruit-Inform informational packages (if the subscription period includes November 29 – December 1)*
- 10% - for Fresh Business Expo 2016 exhibitors
* Discounts are not subject to be summed up
Application period and payment conditions
Applications will be accepted until November 25, inclusive.
Payment conditions: 100% pre-payment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to the participant's application.
Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:
- before October 28, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum;
- from November 28 to November 11, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum;
- after November 11, the paid sum is not subject to refund
