Discounts for registration fees for the conference on December 5-6:
-
5% - for each additional participant from a company;
-
10% - for current subscribers of Fruit-Inform;
-
10% - for Fresh Business Expo 2017 exhibitors.
Registration fee for the conference on December 5-6 includes the following options:
-
participation of one delegate in conference on December 5-6;
-
package of conference informational materials;
-
conference speakers’ presentations (in original language) in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
-
information about company in a final file with contacts;
-
receipt of conference and trade forum participants’ contacts in electronic format in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
-
morning coffee and lunch on December 5-6, gala-dinner.
Registration fee for the trade forum on December 7 includes the following options:
-
participation of one delegate in trade forum on December 7;
-
at least 10 meetings with retailers and wholesalers according to concerted schedule;
-
package of conference informational materials;
-
conference speakers’ presentations (in original language) in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
-
information about company in a final file with contacts;
-
receipt of conference and trade forum participants’ contacts in electronic format in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
-
coffee and snacks during trade forum.
Distance participation in the conference includes the following options:
-
conference speakers’ presentations (in original language) in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
-
information about company in a final file with contacts (if registered before November 28);
-
receipt of conference and trade forum participants’ contacts in electronic format in 5-7 days after the end of the event.
Distance participation fee: 250 euro.
Registration terms and payment conditions:
Registration forms are accepted until November 28.
Payment conditions: full prepayment of the invoice issued by the organizers.
Refund in case of refusal to take part in the events:
-
before October 28, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum;
-
from November 28 to November 11, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum;
-
after November 11, the paid sum is not subject to refund
