Discounts for conference registration fees (December 4-5):

- 5% - for each additional delegate;

- 10% - for Fruit-Inform subscribers;

- 10% - for Fresh Business Expo 2018 exhibitors.

 

Registration fee for the conference on December 4-5 includes the following options:

• participation of one delegate in conference on December 4-5;
• package of conference informational materials;
• conference speakers’ presentations (in original language) in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
• information about company in a final file with contacts;
• receipt of conference and trade forum participants’ contacts in electronic format in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
• morning coffee and lunch on December 4-5, gala-dinner.

 

Registration fee for the trade forum on December 6 includes the following options:

• participation of one delegate in trade forum on December 6;
• at least 10 meetings with retailers and wholesalers according to concerted schedule;
• package of conference informational materials;
• conference speakers’ presentations (in original language) in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
• information about company in a final file with contacts;
• receipt of conference and trade forum participants’ contacts in electronic format in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
• coffee and snacks during trade forum.

 

Distance participation in the conference includes the following options:

• conference speakers’ presentations (in original language) in 5-7 days after the end of the event;
• information about company in a final file with contacts (if registered before November 30);
• receipt of conference and trade forum participants’ contacts in electronic format in 5-7 days after the end of the event.

Distance participation fee: 330 euro

 

Registration terms and payment conditions:

Registration forms are accepted until November 30.

Payment conditions: full prepayment of the invoice issued by the organizers.

 

Refund in case of refusal to take part in the events:

• before October 28, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum;
• from November 28 to November 11, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum;
• after November 11, the paid sum is not subject to refund
