Russian fruit and vegetable production and price forecast — Moscow, September 18
The Russian fruit and vegetable production and price forecast will be one of the key subjects of the 5th International Conference “Fruit & Vegetable Business of Russia – 2012”.
The fruit and vegetable price performance in the period from autumn 2012 to spring 2013 will be covered by the conference speech of Mrs. Tetiana Getman, Head of Fruit-Inform.
The detailed information about the Russian potato market situation and prospects will be presented by Mr. Sergey Lupekhin, Chairman of Potato Union of Russia.
Mr. Aleksandr Samokhvalov, Managing Director of Yagody Karelii, will speak on the trends in the Russian market for fresh and frozen wild berries.
In addition to the above listed subjects, the conference delegates will discuss the issues of Russia's accession to the WTO, fruit and vegetable imports and exports, technological novelties in the spheres of fruit and vegetable production, handling, processing, storage and many others.
The conference will start its work in conjunction with World Food Moscow, the biggest food exhibition in Russia, September 18, 2012. The conference is organized by Fruit-Inform and ITE Moscow. Chilean Fresh Fruit Association is the general sponsor of the conference. The Russian company Fito-Mag is its official sponsor.
Applications for participation in the conference (September 18) and business-tour to Zapadny Freezing Factory (September 19) are accepted till September 11.
