Russian fruit & vegetable market – how to sell successfully to the largest importing country in Europe

Understanding the Russian market for fruits and vegetables has never been easier: everything key suppliers might want to know is included into the program of the 6th International Conference “Fruit & Vegetable Business of Russia - 2013”.

Russian annual imports of fresh produce reach US $9bn, but Russia has never been an easy partner for suppliers of fruits and vegetables. Its preferences for produce sizes, coloring as well as government’s regulations regarding produce safety and quality differ significantly from those in the EU. At the conference key experts and representatives of government agencies will explain these specifics in detail. Moreover, participants will have an opportunity to interact directly with these experts as well as with Russian importers, traders and even producers.

To make participation in the event even more useful, Fruit-Inform has prepared two excellent handbooks, which would make it much easier for international suppliers to trade in fresh produce with Russia. The first one includes contact information for all leading importers, supermarkets, local distributors, processors and farmers in Russia and Ukraine: http://www.fruit-inform.com/en/researches/catalog2012

The second one, besides contacts, includes also detailed imports, exports, prices, production and processing statistics as well as supply and demand balances for key products for the recent three years: http://www.fruit-inform.com/en/researches/yearbook2012

Participants of the conference could obtain these publications with a special 50% discount!

Since the conference is combined with the largest fresh produce exhibition World Food Moscow 2013, where a lot of fresh produce companies will exhibit, participation in such event would be very beneficial to any company interested in entering the Russian market or learning more about working there even more effectively.
