The organizers of the 5th International Conference “Potatoes & Vegetables of Ukraine – 2013” keep on including most relevant subjects into the conference program.

This year's novelty will be the potato and vegetable business outlook for the next 10 years in Ukraine presented by Mr. Andriy Yarmak, Author of Fruit-Inform Project. Mr. Yarmak will also broad the conference program with pre-conference training “The agrarian market fundamental analysis principles. Supply and demand balance concept. Prognostication fundamentals”.

As regards shorter-term forecasts, the Ukrainian potato and vegetable season results and production, area, price and trade predictions for the next season will be traditionally presented by Ms. Tetiana Getman, Head of Fruit-Inform.

We would remind you that the conference will start its work on February 19, 2013, President Hotel, Kiev, Ukraine. On the second conference day (February 20), there will be a practical business-tour to Faktor Konsalts company that is among leaders in handling and storage of potatoes and vegetables in Ukraine. The event is sponsored and supported by such global giants as DuPont and Bayer CropScience.

The organizers expect up to 150 delegates to take part in the conference with Ukraine's leading growers and exporters of potatoes, onions, cabbage, beetroots and carrots accounting for about a half of them. The rest of participants will represent other sectors of the business: wholesale and retail trade, supply of seeds, agrichemistry, equipment, machinery, storage and post-harvesting technologies.
