Bad weather got to cabbage and cucumbers in Ukraine

According to Fruit-Inform Project, rainy weather remaining in effect in Ukraine last week started negatively impacting early and middle-early cabbage in the central and western regions of Ukraine. Due to excessive moisture, cabbage was cracking, and it was not possible to harvest it in time. In addition, worsening of field-grown cucumber crop was registered in the southern and central regions of the country. Cucumbers suffered from diseases, and it was impossible to treat them with plant protection products due to every day raining. In addition, it was difficult for machines to enter fields.
