Ukrainian blackcurrant crop suffered from rainy weather

According to Fruit-Inform Project, incessant pouring rains caused significant damages to blackcurrant crop in Ukraine. Berries having already matured are cracking from excessive moisture, falling off, losing their marketable state and becoming non-transportable. According to preliminary estimates, Ukraine may lose up to 20-25% of its blackcurrant crop and even larger part of its redcurrant one.
