Poland's pear crop below average over the past 10 years

According to Central Statistical Office of Poland, Poland's pear production amounted to 63,000 tonnes this year that is slightly less then forecast in September. A damage from spring frosts in the western regions of the country turned out to be more critical than expected earlier. Final production results are averagely 8% higher year-on-year, but lower than average over the past 10 years.
