Russia will make commodity interventions in grain market in February

State commodity interventions in the Russian grain market are planned to be started in February 2004, the country's Minister of Agriculture Aleksey Gordeyev has told reporters, according to AK&M agency. He said, the proposals about the interventions were being now prepared. The procedure will be determined by a special resolution of Russian government.
