Kazakhstan: apple imports record high in May
According to the official statistics, Kazakhstan imported record high 14,000 tonnes of apples in May 2013, an increase of 27% from May of the previous year.
In the period from July 2012 to May 2013, the country increased apple imports by 21% year-on-year to 132,000 tonnes.
We would remind you that Poland, Kyrgyzstan and China lead in apple exports to Kazakhstan.
