I. Kirilenko: In the nearest time sugar will be excluded from Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and Moldova
During one of the conferences in the Ministry, Minister of Agrarian Politics Ivan Kirilenko pointed out that the government of Ukraine pay proper attention to becoming Ukrainian sugar market civilized.
In his words some laws, concerning minimal price, sugar production quota distribution, export and import operations with sugar and sugar raw materials were passed.
Kirilenko also declared that according to resolution of the Cabinet of the Ministers of October 10, 2001 white sugar is excluded from regime of free trading with Belarus. In the Minister's words the regime of free trading won't concern import of sugar from Russia. Besides in the nearest time sugar will be also excluded from Free Trade Agreement with Moldova. Thus the State takes proper measures on protecting of interests of domestic sugar producers, Kirilenko said.
