S. Melnik: Ukraine should return to experienced levers of economical regulation of production
During the sitting of board of the Ministry of Agrarian Politics and presidium of Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences (UAAS) on November 29 Deputy State Secretary of Ministry Sergey Melnik said that Ukraine should return to some many year experienced economical levers of state regulation of producing and selling of agricultural production. Along with that there's no need "to look back constantly" on demands of international financial institutions.
In his words the main principle of State stimulation of development of agriculture is its stimulation in such zones, in such conditions, which State considers advisable. This defines volumes of both domestic consumption and export contracts.
