Ukraine's Anti-Monopoly Committee has permitted the Austrian firm MCB Aqricole Holdinq AG to acquit a share of Kiev-based company Ukrzernoprom.
The main area of business of MCB Aqricole Holdinq AG is investment activities.
Ukrzernoprom is a vertically integrated holding, including 30 flour-milling and bread-baking enterprises in different regions of Ukraine. Among them there is a milling facility in Krivoy Rog (Dnepropetrovsk Region) with 550 tonnes of daily processing capacity, bread baking plants in Krivoy Rog and Zheltye Vody (Dnepropetrovsk Region), Chernigov and other places, poultry breeding farms, grain elevators and other agro-industrial enterprises.
