Today's VR Agrarian Committee is determined to fight the review of cane sugar import at all cost.
Committee Char Kateryna Vashchouk believes that this document if adopted can certainly become a crime in view of Ukrainian farmer.
"Because traders used tax breaks designed for JVs, FEZs, smuggling technique and thus overfilled the market, it may result in a situation that sugar beet areas will be cut and leave yet more farmers jobless", said Mrs. Vashchouk.
