The Crimean chain of Silpo supermarkets is being extended

The Crimean chain of Silpo supermarkets is being extended, according to the information provided by Elena Venskaya, the Specialist of Crimean office, Agricultural Marketing Project.

The supermarket was opened past year in Simferopol; this year one more store is opened in Sevastopol. Besides, on the 23rd of June another one Silpo supermarket will be opened in Kerch.

The Silpo supermarket chain belongs to Fozzy Group corporation and have more than 60 stores in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine. Till 2007 the corporation plans to extend Silpo chain to 200 supermarkets. Fozzy Group corporation develops actively Fora discount stores in Crimea. This year in Crimea three Fora groceries of 400 m2 each were opened in Jalta, Sudak and Jankoy.

AMP information. Closed Stock Company Fozzy has been working on the Ukrainian market since 1997. The company owns the chain of Silpo supermarkets, the chain of Fora discount groceries, the chain of drugstores Bud zdorov, the chain of groceries Dnepryanka, Nizhyn trademark.
