Russia: grain interventions planned for Aug.29

The exchange tender for government grain interventions is planned to start on August 29, 2005.

Federal Agency for Food Market Regulation, the organization of Russian Ministry of Agriculture, will carry out purchases on behalf of the government.

The place for tender will be National Commodity Exchange.

All agricultural producers registered in Russian Federation are allowed to run the tender.

Accreditation of participants starts on August 20, 2005.
