Russia to increase import duty for vegoils and derivatives
The Board for Foreign Trade and Tariff Policy of Russian Federation recommended the government to increase import duties for fats, oils and partly for margarine products to 20 percent of customs value, but not less than 0.2 euro per kilo. The current duty for these products is 15 percent.
The Board has also decided to set 15 percent import duty but not less than 0.12 euro per kilo for packaged palm oil for a period of 9 months.
