The government prepares proposal on making changes to Leonid Kuchma's Decree of June 29, 2000 concerning regulation and development of grain market, - Vice Premier of AIC Leonid Kozachenko in his interview to "Uryadovyj kurier" newspaper.
The Vice Premier motivates presupposed changes by increase of total grain output. "When the Decree was approved, we lacked grain. We couldn't export it. Today it is the counter - export shouldn't be stimulated", - Kozachenko said.
