Kazakhstan: agriproducts prices in 2005 increased 0.4 pc on avg.
Prices for the animal breeding products in Kazakhstan over the year (December 2005 against December 2004) increased by 10.5 percent; for crop farming products - decreased 7.2 percent, Kaznform news agency said with reference to the country's statistical body.
Prices for the grain crops decreased on general by 8.7 percent on year; thereof wheat prices decreased 11.8 percent, rye prices - 0.7 percent. The prices for rice increased 11.8 percent, for maize and barley - 4 to 5.5 percent, for oats - 1.9 percent.
The prices for sunflower seeds increased by 4.4-4.5 percent.
Live weight prices for cattle in 2005 increased 15 percent on year, for pigs - 19.4 percent. Poultry meat prices increased 8.1 percent; milk - 9.6 percent; egg prices - 5 percent.
