Eastern Ukrainian Produce Markets Have Freezing Conditions

According to information provided by market administrations from Eastern Ukraine to "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" journal, market activities died out because of freezing conditions. Frosts in Lugansk, Kharkiv, Donetsk and other cities disabled vendors; if heating systems do exist, they failed to overcome such frosts.

Other regions also report a decreased number of vendors. This being no surprise, as cold weather has made working conditions unsuitable both for vendors and for buyers.
