"Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" and AMP to Participate in The World's Largest Produce Exhibition in Berlin

On the 2nd - 4th of February 2006 the weekly journal "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" together with the Agricultural Marketing Project (AMP) will represent the Ukrainian produce business in Berlin at "Fruit Logistica", the largest international produce exhibition in the world. Specialists from the periodical are quick to point out that foreign companies and potential investors are showing intense interest in the Ukrainian fruit and vegetable market; as they are continually inquiring to the journal for information about the largest producers, processors and especially trade companies, operating in the produce business. In addition, they are also searching for reports on the market situation and the possibilities of gaining market entrance.

During the exhibition, representatives of "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" and AMP specialists will meet with large foreign companies participating in the fruit and vegetable wholesale trade and suppliers of produce storage, handling, packing and processing equipment for the purpose of outlining opportunities of mutually beneficial cooperation. Presently, some foreign companies are interested in opportunities to purchase early vegetables and berry commodities, and also such seasonal produce as peaches, nectarines, sweet and sour cherries, tomatoes, and bell peppers, to name a few.
