Loans remain scarce
APK-Inform reporters announce that as of Apr 19th 2002 loans for Ukrainian farms are worth US $226.7mn thus making it 14% less than a year ago this time.
Rivne Oblast, Khmelnytskyi Oblast and Volyn Oblast remain behind the others showing 61.1% less, 55.2% less and 54.3% less accordingly.
Nevertheless, certain Oblasts beats the past year's indicators including Kherson, Odesa, Donetsk where figures show 50.7%, 42.1%, and 37.9% growth accordingly.
