Yuri Melnik is a new Minister of Agrarian Policy in Ukraine
Yuri Melnik became the Head of Ministry of Agrarian Policy in the Government of Viktor Yanukovich formed on the 4th of August. He took the place of Alexander Baranovskiy.
Yuri Melnik was born in 1962. From 1996 he took executive positions in the Ministry of agro industrial complex and Ministry of Agrarian Policy in Ukraine.
In July 2003-July 2005 he took up his post as a new Deputy-Minister of Agrarian Policy in Ukraine. From October 2005 - Vice-Prime-Minister on questions agriculture and nature management.
