The participants of the conference "Mushroom Industry 2007" will see one of the best mushroom production farms in Ukraine

The participants of the international conference "Mushroom Industry 2007", held in the National Complex "Expocenter of Ukraine" on June 12-14 2007, will be able to visit one of the leading mushroom farms in Kyiv oblast - "Valentina Ltd" in Vasylkiv.

"Valentina Ltd" company became a sponsor of the international conference "Mushroom Industry" in its effort to support the largest event of the mushroom business in Ukraine. Today the company is a well-known producer of compost and fresh champignons. At the present moment this powerful and high-tech complex uses a widely developed infrastructure; but it had to pass all stages of formation starting from the semi-basement premises for mushroom production and handicraft tunnels for pasteurization. The specialists of the enterprise have studied the technologies in many countries, visited various congresses and trainings, and created the available production capacities, which are among the best in Ukraine now.

Nowadays the enterprise utilizes a tunnel complex for phase II compost preparation; the traditional method of tractor "trample" in the pit is not used here for the preparation of the initial components. They utilize a mixing line of the system of phase I compost preparation and the airing floors and the "half-indoors" bunkers. When the enterprise reaches the designed capacity of 2 airing floors, 6 bunkers and 12 pasteurization tunnels, it will produce more than 2 thousands of tons of compost per month. To a great extent the equipment for uploading/downloading and compost briquettes production simplifies the compost preparation. The system of the automatic control and temperature mode monitoring also helps much.

The champignon cultivation areas are both small production chambers and the modern premises with the up-to-date stands, periphery and climate control equipment. Starting from the beginning of 2007 the firm has been able to supply fresh champignons to its clients on a daily basis. Also "Valentina Ltd" is the distributor of the used equipment for the commercial mushroom production and raw materials; the company has an experience in these supplies. The developed transport, engineering-technical and technological structure let them implement all required production and technological operations on a high professional level and on a timely basis.
