Ukraine: feed procurement slower than last year

As of October 1 farmers of Ukraine procured 9,500 tonnes of coarse feeds, which is 59.4 of the forecast and by 29.9 percent less than as of the same date last year, State Committee for Reserves has reported.

Farmers also prepared 9,300 tonnes of juicy feeds, which is 42 percent of the forecast and by 7.4 percent less than as of the same date last year.

Besides, farmers have stored 2,100 tonnes of grain forage for livestock breeding industry out of their own grain crop of this year.
