New vertical packaging machine from TNA

FRUIT LOGISTICA 2008 is where TNA Europe Ltd., a well-known English supplier of food packaging and processing solutions, is presenting the "robag® 3 320", a vertical form, fill and sealing system. The stainless steel machine features a rotating single jaw specially developed for packaging fresh produce. Designed to efficiently and gently package bulk quantities as well as single portions, the robag® 3 320 is capable of packing 50 bags per minute with a reject rate of less than 3%. The rotary action of the robag® 3 320 jaws compresses packaging film using constant pressure to form a consistent, glue line. The resulting high quality seal significantly reduces reject rates and increases freshness. This maximises productivity and increases shelf life.
