Russia may impose 15-percent extra duty for grain imports
Russia may impose a special duty in the amount of 15 percent for imports of 3rd and 4th class bread wheat and bread rye group A. The duty will be summed up with the current one in the amount of 5 percent. According to the President of Russian Grain Union Arkady Zlochevsky, the issue concerns the grain that the state plans to purchase into the interventional fund (details see in our item "Russian government will restrict imports of Kazakh grain" of October 18.)
