Grain carriage limitations in Odessa region
According to the order, cabled from Ukrainian railway department Urzaliznytsia, Odessa Railway has imposed limitation on grain transportations since November 12 till November 17. The cause of the limitations is unfavourable weather conditions.
The convention is valid for all transportations of grain freights from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Kazakhstan in the direction of port elevators. Cars, loaded during the time of convention, will not be accepted by marshalling yards.
