Ukraine's entrance to WTO will have a serious impact on the mushroom business

To the opinion of the analysts of "Fruit-Inform" weekly, which monitors the mushroom market of Ukraine on a regular basis, Ukraine's entrance to WTO will significantly influence the national producers and processors of the cultivated mushrooms (champignon and oyster mushroom). As a consequence of the considerably declined import tariff rates for the fresh, frozen and canned mushrooms, the links between the mushroom supplies and the producers may be crucially changed.

During the third international conference "Mushroom Industry 2008" Andriy Yarmak, the head of "Fruit-Inform" project will tell about the possible impact of the new tariff rates and standards on the mushroom business of Ukraine and about the development perspectives for the production, processing and trade of champignons and oyster mushrooms in Ukraine.

We'd like to remind that many leading mushroom producers, and also the processors, wholesale traders and supermarket chains have already confirmed the participation in the conference. Less than three weeks are left till the end of the participants' registration. Please take an advantage to participate in the main event of the mushroom industry of Ukraine, register for participation by filling in the application form.
