Beregovskiy cannery changed the citizenship

Beregovskiy cannery, subordinated to the company Fruit Master Group, has started to produce own products since 2003. Zakarpatskaya region started to produce the juices "Da!" and "Moya Semya" which were produced by the parent company "Nidan" in Russia.

Meanwhile Russian juice market was increasing, so that the businessmen had to define the priority of the flow of funds - they did not have the ability to successfully promote the brands on two dynamically increasing markets. As a result, Russians sold its part to their Ukrainian partners.

In 2005 Beregovskiy cannery became the independent business entity; the company produced the first juice under own trademark "Beregovskiy"; one more own product, Jungle way juice, was produced a little bit later.

Since the independence of enterprise as a business, the need for the managing company has become urgent. So, Fruit Master Group was founded in 2006.

"Since 2006 the company has been building up the capacities and employing the new members to the team. That's why there were no significant activities on the popularization of the company's product yet", Natalya Martynenko, General Director of FMG says.

Now FMG consists of the enterprise - the purchaser of the raw materials and inputs, the enterprise - the producer and the enterprise which sells the ready products. The company Fruit Master Group itself develops the strategy, marketing, manages the flow of funds, and performs IT.

Before leaving "Nidan", Beregovskiy cannery produced three types of products: juices, wines and canned vegetables. After Fruit Master Group was created, the decision has been made to allocate Beregovskiy cannery for the juice production exclusively; two other plants were constructed additionally in Zakarpatskaya region. "The first plant started to produce vacuum tins with sweet corn and green pea in 2006", Natalya Martynenko says. "The production facilities for the canning to glass jars were transferred here too. The second plant, wine producer, was launched this April. Its capacity is around 30 mln. of bottles per year". The plan is 200 mln. liters of juice per year. So, Beregovskiy cannery was freed for the reconstruction in order to build up the production of juices, drinks and nectars. FMG plans to extend the production from the present day figure of 80 mln. liters per year up to 200 mln. liters in 2-3 years.
