Ukraine's Deputy Prime Ministers had series of talks in Berlin
Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for Agriculture Ivan Kyrylenko has visited Thursday the International Agricultural Fair "Green Week-2003", now held in Berlin, where had a series of negotiations.
According to press-service for the Cabinet of Ministers, Kyrylenko has met with EU Farm Commissioner Franz Fischler, Federal Minister of Germany for Protection of Consumers' Rights, Food and Agriculture Renate Kunast, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, the Minister of Agriculture Aleksey Gordeyev, heads of official delegations from USA and Bulgaria.
The topic of his conversation with Franz Fischler was quotas for exports of Ukrainian grain to EU countries.
He also took part in a Ukrainian-German conference on bilateral cooperation of the counties in agrarian sector. At the conference he spoke about a programme of Ukrainian government for agricultural sector development and state support.
Ukraine's official also had negotiations with representatives of German business circles and banks, heads of some Federal Lands.
