Russia: production of tomato paste and puree increased

According to official statistics data, in December of 2008, production of tomato paste and puree in Russia totaled 14.6 mln conditional jars (mcj) that is twice up, compared to the same indices of December, 2007. During 2008, in Russia 130.6 mcj of the tomato paste and puree were produced, that is up 51 %, compared to 2007.
