Ukraine: areas under vineyards to increase in the Crimea
As representatives of press-cutting service of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, agrarian enterprises of the Crimea extend the areas under vineyards. In general, during 2008, 1153 ha of new vineyards were planted throughout the Crimea.
In 2009, grape-growing enterprises plan to increase the areas by 1044 ha. At the moment 569 ha of land are made ready for planting.
