Russia: government panel to increase import duty for starch molasses

Russia's Governmental Commission on Protective Measures in Foreign Trade and Customs and Tariff Policies has recommended to increase import duty for starch molasses from current 5 percent to 15 percent, Executive Secretary of the Commission Andrey Kushnirenko said on March 12.
