Donetsk brewery "Sarmat" increased output in January-February 10.8 pc

CJSC Sarmat (Donetsk) - one of the four largest brewing enterprises of Ukraine - in January and February increased output of bear 10.8 percent compared with the same period last year - to 1.412 million dekalitres, the President of company Ukrpyvo, embracing all brewing enterprises of Ukraine, informed.

In February the plant produced 705,300 dekalitres of bear - the same amount as in January this year.

Sarmat is the head plant of Donetsk Brewing Group. The Group also includes OJSC Bear and Light Beverage Combine "Dnepr" (Dnepropetrovsk), CJSC Lugansk Brewing Plant, CJSC Poltava Bear, CJSC Kiev Brewery No. 1, OJSC Bear and Light Beverage Combine "Krym" (Simferopol).

In 2002 Sarmat increased output of bear 15.4 percent compared with 2001 - to 13.017 million dekalitres.
