Deputies offer to introduce restrictions on bread price rising
The draft-law of changes in the "About prices and pricing" bill (concerning moratorium on bread and bakeries prices rising) was submitted to Verkhovna Rada (VR) from communist fraction.
The bill offers to establish the moratorium on prices rising on bread and bakeries until the minimal salary and pension achieve a level of a living wage.
The prices should be fixed at that level of which they have reached for a moment of acceptance of the law.
Authors of the bill prove its urgency that the social pressure amplifies in the current year. They thinks, that because of a short-sighted policy of the government and executive local authorities self-elimination from creation of stocks of a grain and agiotage in sphere of processing and manufacture create conditions of a uncontrollable rise in prices on bread.
