Russia: apple imports increased by almost a third in July
According to official data imports of fresh apples in Russia in July totaled 55.5 thsd tones an increase of 36% compared to the same month of the last year. The largest volume of apple supply in July came from Argentina, China, Lithuania and Chili. The average price for imports in July reduced by 9% compared to the same index of the last year – to 533 USD/t.
