New grain carriage car designed and built in Dneprodzerzhinsk plant
OJSC "Dneprovagonmash" (Dneprodzerzhinsk, Dnepropetrovsk region) has designed and built a new grain carriage railcar with a new concept body.
According to the plant's Chief Designer Yevhen Lozovyi, the six discharge bunkers of the car are fitted with trapdoors, the unloading mechanism of which is equipped with a manual drive of increased reliability.
A bunch of new design features of the car are aimed at improvement of its operational and technical characteristics.
Now the Dneprodzerzhinsk plant is preparing the first series of the new product to be delivered to clients.
