Preliminary list of participants of “Berries of Ukraine – 2012: Frozen Produce & Fresh Market”

Fruit-Inform, the organizer of the 3rd International Conference “Berries of Ukraine – 2012: Frozen Produce & Fresh Market”, reminds that applications for participation in the conference are accepted till May 18, 2012.

The current conference is the only berry business event in Ukraine of an international format. As of today, there are more than 130 delegates from 13 countries throughout the world having confirmed their participation. The conference program includes all key subjects of the sector: from the berry market situation and its development forecast, novelties in production, handling, processing (freezing) technologies to berry marketing, internal and external trade. It should be noted that the berry business is one of the most rapidly developing and economically attractive segments in the fresh produce sector. The berry business did not virtually suffer during the financial recession and the previous season's vegetable overproduction crisis in Ukraine.

The event combines conference sessions and the business-tour to Sirius Company's sour cherry, raspberry and strawberry plantations and berry processing (freezing) site.
