State-of-the-art technologies for fruit and vegetable business from leading suppliers — Moscow, September 18
In addition to market and analytical presentations, the program of the 5th International Conference “Fruit & Vegetable Business of Russia – 2012” will cover all range of information on state-of-the-art technologies for the fruit and vegetable business. Up-to-date technologies will be presented by both domestic and foreign leading suppliers: Agropak, Russia (fruit and vegetable packaging equipment); Fito-Mag, Russia (fruit quality preservation technology during long-term storage and transportation); Unitec, Italy (fruit and vegetable handling and sorting technologies); IQF Frost, Sweden (IQF freezing technology); Comamussy, France/Morocco (wooden packaging for fruits and vegetables).
Such a number of technological presentations is explained by the fact that Russian and foreign producers usually account for about 50% of all conference delegates. And, in addition to up-to-date analytical information about the fruit and vegetable market situation and prospects, producers are interested in new technologies, while, in many cases, the conference acts as the last spur to adopting them in production, handling, storage processes etc.
The conference organized by Fruit-Inform and ITE Moscow will start its work in conjunction with World Food Moscow, the biggest food exhibition in Russia, September 18, 2012. Chilean Fresh Fruit Association is the general sponsor of the conference. The Russian company Fito-Mag is its official sponsor. The conference is also sponsored by Agropak and Comamussy.
