Vegetable Production and Prices Forecast for 2004 in Ukraine
Agricultural Marketing Project has published the conclusions of the survey "Vegetable Production and Prices Forecast for 2004 in Ukraine". This research is unique for Ukraine, cause due to the great work carried out by AMP and Information Agency "APK-Inform" specialists the basic short-term trends on vegetable supermarket were defined, though there are nearly no information about the situation on this market, to our regret. We hope that the results of the survey will help farmers, processors, wholesalers and retailers, restaurant chains, resorts and other participants of vegetable market of Ukraine to make more precise decisions and to increase the effectiveness of their business.
It is worth mentioning that the conclusions concerning the forecast of vegetable production and prices for the new season is, of course, only the expert opinion, despite of the fact that they are based on fundamental market information. Weather conditions and other factors are able to affect our season forecast, so we will try to reflect the changes in our publications and on this site.
