AMP Field day in Zakarpattya oblast is postponed because of the weather conditions

Agricultural Marketing Project planned to conduct the Field day on the greenhouse production and marketing of early vegetables on the 26th of May 2005 on the "Molnar" farm, Zakarpattya oblast. However, at night of the 18th-19th of May 2005 the storm took place in four rayons of this oblast (Beregovo, Mukachevo, Vinogrqadiv and Uzhgorod), followed by severe showers, hail and squally wind (25-35 m/sec). Some settlements were flooded, power failed, several houses were even damaged.

The farm "Molnar" located in the village Kidyosh, Beregovo rayon, has also suffered much from the natural disaster. The film of the farm greenhouses was snatched off, the territory - flooded. In connection with such force-majeure circumstances the management of the Agricultural Marketing Project decided to postpone this field day, the exact date will be informed later.
