Since its establishment in 1994, the company set foot on planting, processing and exporting farm products. Due to the devotion of all staffs, the company developed rapidly and now owns fixed capital of 20 million RMB, acreage over 30 mu, 200 staffs and 5 processing factories thereby it holds a freezing capacity of 4000 tons and daily emergent freezing capacity of 30 tons. Meanwhile, we have an IQF processing factory, coordinated package factory and microb laboratory. The HACCP quality management system was approved by National Import And Export Testing Bureau in 2000. Also, we are rewarded with the title of 'Complete Quality Management Standard', 'Big Tax Payer in Tongan District', 'Agriculture & Countryside Industrialization Leading Enterprise in Tongan District', 'Fujian Aquatic Industry Leading Enterprise' and 'Xiamen Agriculture Industrialization Leading Enterprise'. According to the statistics, aquatic products we processed in 2003 occupied big share in the line in Xiamen. Our registered trademark is 'Yuanshui'. 　　Based on the scientific research, we adapt the mode of 'Company + Peasant + Market' and fully make use of the rich resource of sea fish-farming, freshwater fish-farming and fruit and vegetable planting. At present, we have built a base covering 6200 mu for fish-farming and a base covering 5600 mu for planting fruit and vegetable. Thus, our operation mode is quiet different from traditional process and all the procedures are strictly controlled by HACCP system.
