Registration fee payment includes:

• participation of delegate(-s) in the conference
• package of informational materials
• coffee-break, lunch
• receipt of conference presentations (in the original language) and participants' contacts in 10-14 days after the conference

 Granted discounts:

• 5% for subscribers of Fruit-Inform service packages (if the subscription period includes August 22)
• 5 % for each additional delegate from the company

Participation in the gala-dinner, 19:00, August 22: 450 UAH / 45 EUR

 Advertising opportunities

Insertion of advertising materials in the participants' portfolios: 2500 UAH / 250 EUR

Insertion of advertising materials in the participants' portfolios plus 500 copies on the registration desk: 4000 UAH / 400 EUR

1.2x1.8-banner in the conference hall: 3500 UAH / 350 EUR

1.2x1.8-banner in the conference hall plus 2 banners in the exhibition hall: 5000 UAH / 500 EUR

 

Distance participation in the conference: 1000 UAH / 100 EUR

Distance participation in the conference means the receipt of conference presentations (in the original language) and participants' contacts in 10-14 days after the conference

Application period and payment conditions

Applications are accepted until August 16.

Payment conditions: 100%-prepayment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to participant's application.

 

Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:

• before July 21, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum
• from July 22 to August 04, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum
• after August 05, the paid sum is not subject to refund
