How to compensate cabbage shortage in Ukraine and Russia in the current season?

As to information of Fruit-Inform Project, cabbage prices in Russia and Ukraine grew the most sharply in comparison with the previous season. Currently, consumers have to pay for white cabbage 2.6-fold more than a year before with the assumption that harvesting has just recently ended.
